Large Vertical High Temperature Graphite Furnace

Large Graphite Furnace is different from other High Temperature Graphite Furnace of our company, it is a kind of medium frequency heating, which is widely used in the high temperature treatment of various carbon materials in large quantities. The difference with the Acheson graphite furnace currently used in the market is that it solves a series of problems such as long energisation time, excessive heat loss, large temperature difference between various parts of the core, large dust when loading and unloading the furnace, too long production cycle, and mixing of the material out of the furnace with the resistive material/insulating material. Although there is still a big gap between the loading capacity of each furnace and that of Acheson, it has the advantages of saving 40-60% of the average electricity consumption per ton, high turnover efficiency, uniform temperature, and graphitised degree of material processing can reach more than 99%, etc. It is an ideal furnace for the preparation of high end and high purity graphite materials, especially powder materials such as carbon nanotubes and high purity graphite.
